Your custom made shoes are your precious gift! And therefore Kate Mosella Custom Made Shoes has a 6 month extended guarantee policy.

您定制的鞋子是您的宝贵礼物！ 因此，Kate Mosella定制鞋为您延长6个月的保修政策。

 

• If the shoes do not fit your feet, please return them back to us as long as they is not worn within 7 days, and we will remake a new pair for you with no additional charges.
• 如果鞋子不合脚，请在7天内，并在没有穿着的情况下退还给我们，我们将为您重新制作一双新鞋，且不收取额外费用。

 

• The shoes are considered to be a defect item if they are received damaged, or other manufacturer defects which occur during the 6 month upon recipient of your shoes. We will remake a pair of the same design for you.
• 如果在收到鞋子后的6个月内，出现因制造上的缺陷，则视为鞋子有缺陷。 我们将为您重新制作一对相同的设计。

 

• Damages occurred by worn out or tearing are not considered to be types of defect, hence we will not remake a new pair for you.
• 由于穿着产生的折痕、磨损或撕裂而造成的损坏，不视为缺陷部分，因此将不在保质内。

I customized these shoes to match my wedding dress. They arrived within 6 weeks and they are perfect. The construction is very high quality and the leather on the inside is very soft, making them comfortable to wear. I noticed they seem a little bit big, but the inserts they came with for the ball of the foot seem to make them fit a little more snug. Over all, I couldn't be happier and I cannot wait to wear them on my wedding day and hopefully many future occasions!!!
