Your custom made shoes are your precious gift! And therefore Kate Mosella Custom Made Shoes has a 30 days guarantee policy.

Shoes Defect

Our shoes are custom made according to your feet size, and suitable shape adjustment or special shoes size modification applied if necessary, to ensure comfort for you. But if the shoes do not fit your feet, please return them back to us as long as they is not worn within 30 days, and we will remake a new pair for you with no additional charges.

The shoes are considered to be a defect item if they are received damaged, or other manufacturer defects which occur during the 30 days upon recipient of your shoes. We will remake a pair of the same design for you. Damages occurred by worn out or tearing are not considered to be types of defect, hence we will not remake a new pair for you.
